"We went to celebrate a friends birthday, it was a large group, a member of our party went to order wings and was told that they would bring his food right over, over an hr passed when the waitress finally returned only to let him know that she had mistakenly given his food to a different group, whom not only received the food but ate it, she went on to say that the kitchen was now closed and refused to go and make a new order, that they would to an issue a refund, my friend went k we with her to the register since he paid cash and was then told there that their registers closed and could not be opened, that they would get the manager involved to see what could be don. When the manager Tony Fowlkes came over to talk to him, not only was he rude but also was insinuating that he was a liar and never paid for the order even when the server had confirmed taking the money. Toby was not only rude but unprofessional, my friend was not rude not once even when being called a liar, Toby then left after we asked him to check his cameras and verify with his cash register and orders as well as receipts if he did not want to taken his employees word and my friends that there had been payment on the order. He never returned instead the manager Tanya flowers came over to talk to us saying that nothing could be done as it was cling time and he would not be issued a refund, that he could call back tomorrow and see what could be done, when we let her know that the resolution did not seem appropriate she became hostile and rude saying it was 12 past closing time and we needed to get the f.. outta there or she would call the cops. At this point we became enraged and told her to please go ahead and call the cops so that we too could file a report on behalf of them stealing money from their customers. Not only did she never call the cops but she refused to come back out and talk to use. I was just so disgusted and disappointed on how the manager and general manager were rude, dishonest and disrespectful. Instead of them finding a resolution and preventing the issue to escalate they themselves made this into a bigger problem and left their customers with a bad experience and put their employer to shame."
