"I had high hopes for this since it's in a luxury hotel. They forgot my order and gave us the wrong dessert. Food didn't take long which was good because we were limited on time. Food wasn't the quality I expected. I got the duck and it was literally two pieces and my hubby got steak. Staff was nice in taking my hubby's food back and give us fresh hot food at the same time because he had it sitting there for 30 minutes before they realized their mistake."

"I went to the Pitstop one day for dinner and was very happy that I chose this place. The food was fantastic. I had the New England Clam Chowder soup and shared rib and chicken with my father. The ribs were perfectly cooked and the meat was pushed directly from the bone. They were crushed in BBQ sauce and tasted good. The chicken was cooked right. It was crispy outside and juicy inside. I took a bite on my wife's Cuban sandwich and loved it absolutely. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!! Enjoy!"

"We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Our drinks, specifically wine, arrived promptly followed by delicious appetizers including fried shumai, dumplings, and crab cakes. The portion sizes were just right, with 2 crab cakes, 4 shumai, and 4 dumplings. There was a comfortable wait between appetizers and entrees, which included Steak Diane, Gorgonzola sirloin, and salmon dishes, all of which were flavorful and generously sized. The service was excellent, and we were pleased to have found this restaurant while attending a show at Westbury Music Fair with a 5:30 reservation and 8:00 show time. My friends and I highly recommend Marco Polo's."

"My wife and I have had take out food from Mura a couple of times and the food was always very good. Today my wife and I had a sit down suchi roll dinner and it was great. We also had their Japanese style dumplings and the banana tempura with ice cream, I would recommend both. Excellent date night, I will definitely return to Mura."

"Server was attentive and polite. This place definitely attracts an older crowd even on weekends. The food was good, hot cold where it needed to be and tasted great. The decor is hideous and is almost comparable to cracker barrel. They have old dusty antiques, fake dusty plants, things that just make the atmosphere seem stuffy . Overall a good experience, but needs a good deep cleaning of the decor."

I expect freshness and flavor at sushi houses which Inaka meets hands down. But What really sells me about this place is the variety and the choices."

"The restaurant was cold. Every time the door open we got blasted with cold air. Our reservation was at 6 PM and we told them in advance that we had a show at 8 PM. The waitress did not even come to greet us till 6:20 PM. We gave her a drink orders which came 10 minutes later. She did not come to take our food order till 635 to 6:40 PM. We had to flag her down to give our food order and again reminded her we had theater tickets and she said she did see that in our reservation. At 7:05 PM, we still have no food. My friend also did not even get his drink. When I inquired about the food, she said that they’re very busy and she didn’t know when the food would come out. She said she would have the manager come and talk to me. The manager came over a few minutes later and said that the food would not come out for at least another 35 minutes. At this point, it was 7:10 PM. We told them that we had a show at 8 PM and we had to leave the restaurant by 7:40 PM which was noted when we made the reservation. She said that she sorry but the kitchen is very busy and they usually are not busy. She should not have accepted so many reservations. At this point, it was 715 and we had had not one bite to eat. We walked out of the restaurant and had to find some quick fast food to eat in order to make our8 PM show. It was the worst dining experience we have ever had. I have never been at a restaurant that they not give us one drop of food after sitting there for one hour and 15 minutes when we had a reservation. I will never go there again. They need to hire a lot more staff and reconfigure the door so patrons don’t get blasted with cold air every time the doors open."
