"I haven't been here in a long time and decided to go today. I also ordered the Tom Yum seafood soup that was extremely spicy and I asked for less spicy and that didn't happen. I also ordered the Tofu pad see ew and found a small sharp bone in it. Wow! Reason to cook at home. You all need to do better if you expect people to still patronize your business. I'm done and over them. Service is not what it used to be. Go elsewhere."

"I ordered a 24oz smoothing and they made me a 12oz and when I told them it was the wrong size, they added 12oz ice to my smoothing. also ordered pickup and waited 30 minutes, while my pickup was the only order on their screen, did not begin my smoothie until almost 20 minutes after my pickup time and ask them if they could start my order."

"I called in my curbside order ahead of time. Called when I arrived. Waited 25 minutes no one brought out my food or came to get my payment. I called in my order because I was sweaty after a run didn't want to have to go in. The manager couldn't care less. My food was cold gross. This location has continued not to impress me. Definitely needs more training."

"the most fantastic sushi restaurant in cincinnati. wing on a laune, after an anime con, in the congress center and was blown away. fish is consistently delicious (fresh), good value, regardless of that it is halfway or not (it is on Thursday), and the rolls are different then what on any other sushi place in cincinnatis menu. they also have everything they can eat sushi. I almost don't want to advertise, that's such a good deal. make sure to pay sometimes the full price, because it is a true shade. I can't get away from this restaurant."

"Unfortunately, this is the third time in a series I ordered here to take out and it is either not very good in taste quality or something was wrong with my order. last night I ordered the Taro bubble tea from their vegan menu and the panang tofu curry cudos to them to leave the tofu dissatisfied as I had requested, but the main reason I order here is because of the blase tee but when I started drinking, I realized that it was absolutely no boba in it, just a phone I called to let her know that it was very sorry. after some unpleasant seconds, it does not offer any refund or new tee, so I have asked for a refund and it has been granted gratefully. I think the girl I spoke to on the phone was also behind the theke when I got in to pick up the order, and when I am right, I know she is not a new hirer. the time before that, which would have been in the april mai 2020, I ordered fresh vegetable spring rolls and pho and the veggies in the spring rolls were slim and visible bad and should not be served. in the third instanz nov dec 2019 I had ordered the mixed vegetables with tofu soup and a hot and acidic suppe that they could say that they could make vegan and both had broth that was watery and not tasteful at all and there was hardly veggies or tofu in both suppe. I ordered here last night because I wanted to give them another chance after the fresh Veggie Roll incident. I know that many companies are overwhelmed and fighting and have been for the last year, and I thought that maybe they really thought that the nice looked in order, while quickly trying to do orders and or tried to avoid dropping because this was right when covid started to rise, but unfortunately I must say that I don't order from here again."

It is possible that the sauce was taken out because I asked that it be made vegan. If that was the case, why did I just take away the $2 vegan charge for you? "Bagels are good and it’s the closest bagel shop to me but the service is so bad that the short walk to the next bagel shop seems like the only option. A bagel with cream cheese takes at least 10 minutes to get. There are like 15 people working at a time and most of the time there are only at most 4 customers in the place. I get online orders are popular but the staff is running around like the line is out the door and everyone is ordering a dozen bagels. Literally every single time I’ve had to pay, either I have an issue or the person in front of me has an issue. It’s the same cashier and the same issues and the workers all come over to try and help and there is like 3 people looking at a screen while people are waiting. And than they’re constantly switching bagels from bag to bag because they don’t know what is what and whose is whose. Management is not existent at this place but is greatly needed. At least one person needs to know what is going on at all times. Instead you have 15 people running around aimlessly. Also this is my 9 dollar breakfast sandwich."

"The food was great. Dumplings were soft and flavorful, green beans were crunchy. Even though the food was good I think it’s overpriced. Compared to other Asian spots in the area this place is over the average prices for the food. That being said, if you’re not concerned about money and want a nice night out would highly recommend this place. I personally won’t be adding this to my list of regular places, I feel there’s better bang for your buck in the area, but might revisit for an occasion."
