"Made a reservation for 9pm for dinner. Website indicated full menu would be available. Arrived at 8:50pm, went up to rooftop and was told that only bar menu was available. Very disappointing but we were starving so we sat down anyway. Service was slow despite the place being empty (why did we have to wait till 9 if the place was empty). Went to use the restroom, only to find it was disgusting (trash everywhere). When we alerted the server that the ‘restroom needed attention’ a drunk patron physically threatened me. When we notified management, they indicated they’d already been having problems with him that evening, and that he’d been aggressive earlier. Makes you wonder why they hadn’t handled the problem before, and ejected him from the premises before he did something to someone else. He and his friends were very aggressive towards us and instead of making us feel safer, the staff tried to tell us everything would be ok. When we left the restaurant (without eating anything), the group was waiting outside. I had to threaten to call the police before they moved on. Really an unpleasant experience and the staff is clearly in handling a situation like this. Terrible experience overall"
