"I ordered the biscuits and gravy from the menu, which consisted of biscuits with chipotle sausage gravy, over easy eggs, and a cheddar potato cake. The dish was presented with a potato cake as the base, topped with an egg, a biscuit, and covered in gravy. The egg was cooked perfectly and the biscuit was soft and flaky, however, the potato cake didn't add much flavor. The chipotle flavor was overpowering, masking the taste of the cheddar. The service was subpar, with only three out of sixteen tables occupied upon my arrival. Despite all other tables being set with flatware and water glasses, mine was overlooked. I had to retrieve flatware from another table myself after water and coffee were served. It seemed like the staff was not attentive to the needs of their customers. After finishing my meal, only the busser offered to refill my coffee. The atmosphere of the restaurant suggests a more upscale and adventurous experience, but the service did not match the expectations set by the ambiance."
