"Due to a special event taking place, it seemed like the staff was pretty indifferent to the customers. After waiting for a while, we asked for some water and were informed that we would have to wait since there were only two people working due to the event. When we inquired about the possibility of being served, we were told, “it’s going to be a while.” I’m not quite sure how to interpret that, but it felt like a bit of a joke, so we decided to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and I’m puzzled as to why they accept online reservations through OpenTable when they claimed they don’t honor them."
