"This Chinese restaurant is amazing. The food is above average, inexpensive, and fast. However, the owners and customers are faced with a large amount of vagrancy and loitering in the shopping center and surrounding area. During my stay in the area, I witnessed a high level of aimless loitering, panhandling, and frequent police visits. I believe that some changes in policing could improve the situation. Despite these challenges, the restaurant deserves five stars. They also offer a good delivery service. I recommend checking it out."
