"Every-time I come to Shane’s I am greeted by the nicest people ever. The service here is always impeccable. I rarely run into good customer service in Atlanta and Shanes is really a breath of fresh air. I’m not even a big bbq person but the service alone always brings me back. The ribs were very tender and the varieties of bbq sauces are so unique. I will always recommend this location specifically. GO SUPPORT, THEY DESERVE IT!!"

"We had a 4th of July party and ordered 10lbs of pulled pork bbq! I went in the day before and the lady manager was so helpful despite a crazy hard day with a lost truck an unexpected last minute catering order for that day at lunch! She was so nice and our 4th of July bbq was delicious, moist, and came with buns bbq sauces! Definitely will be using them again in the future! Thank you!"
