"This place always has fresh meals never have I got food that was terrible or old or cold or questionable and i appreciate that! I adore the staff here they are always kind and friendly. I have given them 4 stars because we often order online(from panda express website) and the only complaint (ONLY 1 complaint) is the disregard of sauce choices. we often order appetizers and they are fantastic with sweet and sour sauce, it kind of makes the experience complete. of the last 4 times I have ordered them I have received 0 sweet and sour sauce 0 chili sauce and 0 soy sauce. I have tried everything short of calling the restaurant and asking them again to include sauces. Its not a deal breaker but sweet and sour jesus I want sauces!"

"Food is overpriced for quality. They have really jacked up the prices. Manager is very mechanical and can be a bit rude. Portions are not what they used to be. Tables are not cleaned in a timely manner. This location never has hot mustard. The manager always says the company doesn't have any due to shortages. The other locations I visit always have some. Ni think she just doesn't order correctly. I am done with Panda Express."

"the journey through was closed....from whatever reason....and when you see in u to foot this terrible long line. but I have to give it to the crew who works in this night. they had moved the line pretty fast. the portions are always good at panda express, but they seemed extra hearty in the night. eating was hot....fresh....and plentiful. keep good work young and gals."

"Really appreciate that the employees still wear masks. I live with imuno-compromised regularly visit young children. Being able to get ready to eat food from a place that still values the safety of its employees customers is truly fantastic."

"The staff expertly handled our orders for four picky teens, ensuring everything was just right with great attention and confidence. Initially, I thought everything was fine, but the counter staff informed me that one of the entrees was slightly short. They offered to charge us only the price of a bowl for it, which I found very fair. Overall, the quality of the food was excellent."

"There’s always a line for this restaurant in the Regency Square Mall food court, and it’s definitely worth the wait. I typically order my meal to go and share it with my son or husband since you get a lot more food that way! I can’t get enough of their orange chicken with steamed rice—it's absolutely delicious! They also have decent egg rolls and I enjoy the wontons, but the star of the show is definitely the orange chicken; it’s what they’re known for."
"I love this Panda Express! The staff work there buts off to fill orders and are always polite and patient. I only have one complaint, I was craving walnut shrimp and the lady said it will be 3 minute and right when she was putting my food in the box she realized she had a huge order that was before me. So I went to work without my walnut shrimp"

"Rosario is a ROCKSTAR!! I had a guest who was staying at our hotel (I am hotel management and I have never seen someone deliver food with such great service. Not only was Rosario thoroughly pleasant to the guest in my hotel but she was extremely professional and kind to my staff. Working in customer service, it can be a real challenge to find individuals who show they love what they do and Rosario definitely showed she took pride in her job.
