"Great experiences at other locations, but I had such a bad experience I thought I should warn others. Walked in with a party of 5 and a baby. Host, and staff did a terrible job. After being seated we order drinks from the bar and food. Our drinks came out about 20 minutes late, and it was apparent that they had been sitting at the bar for a good while. Our food came out 40min-1hour after ordering. One of the meals came missing the sauce (noodles) so they brought out a shrimp Alfredo with no sauce. We let them know, it gets remade. One minute after receiving the correct dish the host comes and ask if we need a to-go box, essentially kicking us out (her demeanor). The person who appeared to be in charge was not wearing uniform and sagging his pants. I used the restroom and a food employee walks out of a stall and doesn’t wash his hands. Overall very bad experience tonight. When I arrived to the restaurant they were very staffed and not very busy. Employees seemed very stressed, uneasy, and really everyone was running around like a chicken with their head cut off. For the price we expected much better service."
