"Great Italian restaurant for the area! You have a huge menu with so many possibilities. I think their choice of putting the menu on an intermediate shelf is simply annoying. You turn back and forth through 30 pages and it doesn't make any sense. We ordered the filled figs, Prosciutto and Mascarpone app. Besides the burrata and the signature salad. I absolutely loved the apps! The figs were so delicious and creative! The salad sizes were perfect and so delicious! The other was the laying for the ducks. It was strange how she painted balsamic glaze on each plate and totally unnecessary. We ordered the penne with shrimps in vodka sauce. My friend thought it was pretty fat. The shrimps were hard to eat as it was on the bowl, so plan to break shrimps with the plate. I ordered the spinach extract, which was also quite fat, but otherwise very delicious! The mushroom risotto was the best duck, but it had whole herbs in it, which again, unnecessary. I would come back and others recommended to try the restaurant! These little details are easy to edit and I really hope they do."

"we've been here for years. recently (last 4 orders) is a part of our order completely wrong or missing. I had to come back twice after I commanded someone else and got a missing sandwich. Today we asked for additional mayo on an Italian and got no mayo at all. but a tonne oil that my man does not like. my wrap had so much oil on it when we came home, it was so tender that I could only eat the filling. I had enough, not back."

"I am regular at this point and the two girls who usually work the counter know me with name. Today, I guess it was the owner of the franchise worked the counter and service was fast as usual and the sandwiches were good as usual. The owner has commented to one of the employees that they need to set menus is all bags or they could be written on. I understand and appreciate corporate policy, but I want to give a quick advice for this person, not discipline or threat discipline for your team members before customers or customers. We don't like to see it. Especially a customer who has a high opinion about your business. Staff discipline should always be private and confidential."

"i got an Italian and some Rice Pudding (1/2lb) . id had the hoagie 2 or 3 times before. the bread this time was uncharacteristically hard, like it was old AND had been smooshed flat. the Rice Pudding (1/2lb) was a little heavy on the cinnamon, but good. if the bread hadnt been stale, id go 4."

"Fast service, although I didn't order before. Funny story I'm trying for a while PrimoHoagies. When I found Waze ro 2 different locations, I would get up at a Wawa. I just explored the area and found this. Both times I tried to find her before I finally ate a sub in Wawa. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I smell a rat. Not in PrimoHoagies, the food was good. I have a pizza cheese steak. Very well, I got sauce all by myself, but hey, that's on me. I write this and I think maybe I have one for lunch. Maybe a more traditional cheese steak. And someone should fix the mapping software or all PrimoHoagies business will go to Wawa."

"Give a big scream to Primos in Media to save me this weekend. When our catering order for 40 adults never shown from another restaurant, I called Primos in a panic. They heard my despair and got up totally, together more than enough food for our party in 45 minutes. And they saved the day completely. Everything was delicious and they were so nice. I could no longer appreciate how they got through the clutch for the random customer that I am on a busy Saturday. I'm definitely back! Thank you!"

"Usually our favorite hoagies but not Friday night. Ordered 3 primos size. An Audi with mayo , yellow mustard on a Big T and a Sharp Italian. I received oil and vinegar on all. Maybe not a big issue for some but for us, we order them different for areason. I was really surprised because there were 4 employees making sandwiches and Primo wasn?t busy at the time of my order. Unfortunately until we were able to enjoy our hoagie, Primo was closed so I couldn?t take them back and have them remade. Hopefully we?ll have our hoagies made correctly next time."
