"A new Central Asian restaurant located in the North Center neighborhood. Have you ever wondered what would happen if Russian and Asian cuisine combined? Visit Chayhana and find out for yourself! The owners and employees are warm and welcoming, serving hearty dishes with great care from a chef who clearly loves to cook. I have been a few times and tried dishes like mastava (a meat soup), pan-fried salmon with pasta, lagman (hand-rolled noodles with lamb and vegetables), and plow (slow-cooked rice and lamb). The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. The food is simple, tasty, and perfect for a casual meal. This is my new favorite spot!"
