"I'm not sure if they are having staffing problems or what's going on. We were there during lunch a while back, and there was a line out the door with people waiting to place their orders. There was only like 3 people that I could see behind the counter and one of those was running the drive thru. They also had to keep sending someone over to the Market side to ring up customers there. We spent almost a full hour between waiting in line, getting to our table, waiting on our food and then they forgot my Sundae. I had to go back up and stand in line for them to make something we had already paid for. They fixed it wrong the first time, so I took it back up and they remade it correcting it. (the first time there was no cinnamon rolls on it like the ad showed). The burgers and fries were ok, nothing to brag home about. Once I received the corrected sundae, it was fabulous! We will be back, just not during lunch time for sure!"
