"had the number in my party wrong despite correct electronic booking. the food came very slowly with the appearance that each dish was prepared separately and not at the same time. many apologise each time speaking when the server came too table. my cold door with repeated riders for delivery in and out. annoying and cold"

"10 of 10!! The atmosphere and presentation of the restaurant as well as the food was stealy, which was completely unexpected from the outside of the building. We ordered Gyoza, which perfectly rides with a *real* orchid flower above. We ordered the Holiday Roll and the Ocean Brother Roll that came out on a single plate and were unique from other sushi restaurants and all flavors within the reels were free. Would recommend HIGHLY!"

"I lived in Japan for my first 3 years of high school. I was so glad to see that Sapporo has some Japanese dishes. Great customer service and good food. Sushi is the best thing I had in TN and don't overlook the Entree menu. They won't be disappointed."

"We arrived to the restaurant and the server told us they were full and had no more tables. I told them I had a reservation and they seem surprise. I show them the confirmation email but they still didnât have a table for us or an estimated time. This was supposed to be my boyfriendâs birthday dinner. We left. Hence my review is based on service as we didnât got a chance to eat there. Not sure if I will give it a chance again since we had a really bad experience the first time. If they donât honor reservations then they shouldnât be on open table."
