"The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The waitress and kitchen staff were both incompetent, leading to a long wait time and multiple errors in our order. Despite the inconvenience, the staff did not seem to realize the severity of the situation. After being served late and with missing items, they did eventually offer to comp our meal. However, I would much rather pay for a meal than endure such poor service again. I would not recommend dining at this establishment, and hope that it is replaced by something better in the future."
