"Terrible, terrible food. I had 't eaten at a Shoney's for a long time, so decided to give it an attempt as it was very close to the Tesla charger I used. Ah! Big mistake! They only offer a few fresh sandwiches and push their everything you eat buffet as their primary offer. They don't even have a menu that is how strong they press the buffet. The quality of the food offered was very low, all I tried was overly baked, over boiled and overly sweet or salted. Didn't have a bad experience in such a time. I guess when I saw Southern Cooking, I was hoping it would be more like Cracker Barrel (which I love! . Honestly speaking, given the choice between another Shoney's experience and something from the roller grill at a gas station, the roller grill will win every time! Even the atmosphere here was dark, old and stale. And the costs were not even extremely low. The staff was the only redeeming quality that this Shoney had. Very nice and friendly, but their only real role is to take away your dirty plates and bring drinks. I don't remember the last time I left everything you can eat hungry. I just couldn't find a single product on the buffet that was in any way satisfying. I stopped at a gas station on the way out of town and took a bag of Doritos. Shoney was really so bad..."
