"Five stars due to experience more than eating. If I went to dinner alone, for the price class, I'd say that's a four star, maybe three stars, place. It's good, but not amazing. (Obviously I am normalizing vs price and location: I had better Italy in the USA for this price, much better Italy for a higher price, and of course Amazeballs food in Italy itself, which is a different weight class overall. What carries the place is the decor and wait staff. If you are sick of minimalist, bare restaurants of Steve Jobs acolytes, or this faux haute decor but really feels corporate that you get in expensive chain steak houses, Bizzarro does it right. They will be surrounded by a collage of objects d'art in a warm interior (no minimalist mere walls here, including a filling hanging on the ceiling, with good background music. It's fun. The radio in the picture is in the bathroom between sink and comode, and it actually plays something different than the dining room, and somehow also strange. Strange transmissions for strange emissions. And the waiting staff is fun. I'd say the word is moxie. Overall: definitely worth a visit if you want to live in Seattle and experience some Bizzarro."
