"I visited this restaurant for the first time and the food was truly delicious! However, the service left a lot to be desired. Our server frequently forgot our requests for condiments, napkins, and other essentials, which left my food getting cold as I waited for them to arrive. Additionally, the restroom was extremely unclean, and to make matters worse, the toilet was clogged. When I reported this to two servers at the bar, they seemed completely oblivious and indifferent, as if I were speaking a different language. They showed no signs of concern or apology."
