"Sadly, a big disappointment. There is NO WAY Food and Wine could have rated this one of the top bagel eateries in the U.S.I had a plain bagel, bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. The bagel was so oily not like a bagel at all. The texture was way off.I will give a bagel with cream cheese another chance, but will not do a sandwich again. Raleigh still needs a great bagel place. Benchwarmers is not worthy of a mention in a top food magazine."
