"This pop-up restaurant was outstanding in every aspect. The staff was warm and attentive, and the food was wonderful. While none of us were vegan, one member of our group had gluten and dairy intolerances. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal and would return in a heartbeat. We sincerely hope they can establish a permanent location for regular service!"
