"I asked for no noodles with my meal. We have eaten at Oishi many times in the past and not getting noodles was never a problem. The waitress Nan K. insisted she would need to substitute white rice for the noodles. Indeed I did not receive noodles, yet I was charged $8 for the white rice! The waitress would not remove the charge. To the owner of Oishi, we left so irritated that we will not return to Oishi again in the future. Sad, because the chef did a great job."
