"Called orderd wings and specifically asked for blue cheese instead of ranch. Upon delivery no blue cheese or even the ranch. I don't care for wings by them selves. I call the store and asked if they could drop it off. They said no not going to drop off just sauce. Even though it was over 20 bucks with tip. I would have retipped as well as gas is ridiculous and the driver didn't make the mistake. I asked if they can just refund the order and pick it up or give me a credit since it wasn't how i ordered it. Nope 23 bucks wasted. the managers attitude not to correct thier mistake, irritated me. Been ordering grammas for 20 plus years at Batavia and withamsville locations. I liked the food and am all about non corporate businesses . All he had to do was have a driver drop the sauce off on next delivery, the driver would have gotten tipped and I would have been happy. Everyone wins. But the managers attitude and inability to take care of a long time customer, especially when they messed up, results in a loss for everyone. Grammas will never again be purchased in my house 20 plus years ordering from the Grammas family. Never once did they not fix things whenever they worked inside the stores. When your business gets so big you stop taking care of your customers you have become corporate. So we part ways. Update....the wings were dry and wayover cooked wings. Terrible."
