"I am a foreigner who is engaged in renting in Nashville without credit history. Rebekah has processed me within one day in contrast to many other places and was able to move a renovated unit in time for me. There is something to fix, but Rebekah is working on the point with me to finish the details to make sure that this place is worth its money. She was very quick to respond to my email and the other staff were also fast to fix some of the small problems that the unit had because it rushed. Overall, my experience with State Street Flats staff was good. Apparently the Nashville is, and that's why I leave 4 stars as the rent is high, but that's all over Vanderbilt. I'll update this in a few weeks as soon as everything works with my unit, but I'm happy with the place."
