"We went for the restaurant week lunch menu, and it was fantastic. My wife and I both had the French onion soup for an appetizer, and the salmon and Cobb salad for our entrees. We both had the apple tart for dessert. The food was delicious, and the portions were perfect for a three-course lunch. They also have a nice selection of wines and craft beers. While we did not sit at the rotating carousel-like bar, we did confirm that it does, in fact, rotate. At the height of the lunch rush it was a little loud, but overall an excellent experience. And, last but not least, the service was very attentive and fast."
