"This place has truly gone down hill. I remember over 10 years ago being here when it opened. Had a huge sub for everyone to eat off of and a great vibe and quality food. Now..... not so much. Literally today I did delivery, delivered the wrong order and was told that they don 't send out new orders nor refund. They will give 10% off new order. Mind you, it was already 38 minutes pass the delivery time quoted. Was told its Doug Harris policy. What a shame. I 'm done."

"Really like this place. The food is good and the service is quick and friendly. The lady who takes your order, I think her name is Rissa, is super kind and pleasant. Always greeting people in the nicest way! You just feel the warmth as soon as you walk in. So far, I have been here twice and had pleasant experiences both times. Oh and there is a young guy there who is handsome and nice as well ?. I wonder if he is single lol. Will definitely be back when I am in the area though. It’s hard finding a local place with not only good food but also great friendly service."

"Hound dogs is dog gone good!. I stumblede on to houndogs when killing some time one day over in the Ukrainian village area. I was so impressed with the owner/operators.Prices were so reasonable too. I took my food to go, and shared it with others who were also wowed by simple,yet simply good food. They are also adding some BBQ to there menu, so look out chicago more goods coming to you!"

"We had a great experience at this restaurant. My husband and I sat at the bar, where the bartender was extremely friendly and accommodating. She allowed me to sample some of their handcrafted beers before making my selection. The food was delicious, and we even participated in Trivia Night, which was a lot of fun and brought out our competitive sides. The prices were reasonable too. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!"
