"WARNING: They are not completely organic, and we even believe to use traditional sauces and spices. If you are not completely immersed in an organic, chemical free lifestyle, then order the food here its delicious! But the few of us who adhere to this lifestyle can have a Ruff time. I use restaurants myself and understand the hardness associated with organic restaurants. Your guys obviously pay attention and care in your food, but making your own sauces is not just offering a better experience, its one of the highest cost per serving item you offer. So you really should. While vegetables and chicken are readily available and cost-efficient, beef and noodles can be harder. Beef is particularly hard, but there are farms that adhere to organic farming, but cannot take over the costs of certification. With some effort you will find one (or msg me, I would like to help). I left 5 stars as I understand, I am the minority here (and the effort is appreciated), but there are other critics who seemed to share my disappointment. We feel dehydrated and awakened only from a chemical coma. Not the experience I think you are trying to deliver. While people who eat traditional food, probably the feeling of not recognizing it is the lack of chemicals that cause it. We will be in GA in a few months and look forward to seeing if this has an impact."
