"Man the food quality here has gone down the drain as the years pass by. I ordered a California burrito to-go and when I got home and began to eat it, and two bites in, I tasted something equivalent to sewage. I spat it out and the meat was gooey and gray. Quality control seems to have been nonexistent. Are they serving spoiled food or are they dropping it onto the floor to pick it back up to put into people's food?! It was the most disgusting experience I've ever had in terms of eating out. I wasted money on a gross burrito, it's extremely disappointing.I'm not going to come to this place ever again and based off the other reviews, no one should come here either. There's plenty of other spots around here that you can get a better burrito from. The health inspector really needs to make a surprise visit here."

"I decided to go the this Burros and Fries as I was closer to it than the other locations. There were 8 cars infront of me in the drive thru, but I went inside instead and was able to order and get my food within 10 minutes. The person taking my order was friendly,attentive and courteous (even though it was busy) Now about the food. I ordered a Surf and Turf Fries and it did not disappoint. Portions were generous and it was delicious. The shrimp and carne asada both hadplenty of flavor and were a pleasure to eat. I have ordered a shredded beef taco before as well. It is fine and a solid choice. The salsas were good and were flavorful. The grac salsa and b&f salsa are especially delicious as I have cometo expect, having been to a couple other locations now. Any salsa you get are great additions to your meal. Would recommend this place. Thanks for reading."

"I was so disappointed with the service,I ordered a mix burrito for my kids because it only has meet, cheese and beans when I got home I found it it had so much sour cream on it , I called and asked why they put sour cream on it and they said it was a mistake but couldn't do anything about it, and if I wanted to exchange I need it to bring burrito back. They made me feel like I only wanted free food, and it wasn't the case ?? They should have a better attitude about fixing their mistakes"

"Would have given them 5 stars if I had gotten my extra rice which I paid, well, extra for. Leaving that aside, everything tasted delicious. The chile verde burrito, the campechana fries, the crispy shredded beef taco. Will definitely order again, not extra anything though."

"Large portions, pretty good Mexican food. (I'm Mexican, so a bit picky). Lots of loaded fries options. They also serve bowl options, I tried the chicken bowl as well as the breakfast bowl. I liked the chicken best. Ordered the cinnamon treats. Unfortunately, they were a little bit burned. Overall, good quick bite.Food: 4/5"

"Their food is pretty just make sure to double check your order yourself before leaving. today i had a big order over the phone. I went to pick up i asked if that was all my order, I paid and left home. At home i realized i was missing 2 street tacos. Not abig deal right. So i called and returned to get my sons tacos. When i let them know i was there to pick up the tacos i wasmissing i was told ?we are not sure if they were really missing but here they are?. I couldnt believe this man was saying that icould be lying for 2 street tacos. Why would i drive home and instead of sitting down and eating drive back to get 2 tacos ialready paid for. I was already a little irritated to have to drive back and that comment was just uncalled for."

"Had takeout at least 15 times now over a few years. They deserve a review. Some of the best carne chips I’ve ever had. The beans are always the tell of a place. They are almost always really flavorful, smooth and not tight or wet. Breakfast burritos are a bit different and I’m a fan. The hash browns and crema are now something I sometimes want in a breakfast burro. The house red salsa has a onion and garlic kick. So good. Staff is always friendly."
