"Excellent diner. Food here is better than a lot of other diners. The breakfast is strong here as well as the fried food. I would recommend the waffles and pancakes. The batter they use is very good. Also their fresh ice tea is very good as well. Lots of space and the food comes out very quickly. Almost everything I've ordered here, I would order again. Give this place a try if your in the neighborhood."

"I came here during a weekday lunch, and was pleasantly surprised at the prices. The bento price is the lowest I've seen in South Bay around $14 (the portions are a little smaller as well but still filling). The food is also excellent, though I wish the bento box sashimi selection was salmon instead of tuna (salmon is my favorite).Even though it was busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food. Everything was nicely paced. It is definitely a small local place, as there was just one waitress serving everyone. Even though she was busy and didn't have time to check in with tables, you can tell she is still very attentive as when I got up to look for the bathroom, she immediately paid attention to me and gave me instructions, and also when we wanted to get boxes and the check, she was very quick to help us. The sushi chef also seemed nice and let us know to pick our table when we first walked in."

"First and only time visiting and I didn 't feel welcome. Female attendant looked me up and down when I came in to get my phone order. She snapped my total at me, I handed her cash, and when she handed me back the change, as it passed out of her hands, she made a dismissive pushing motion with her hands (like shooing something away) and said Here! I was in shock. So to make sure I understood, I asked What did you say? and she did the same thing again... Here, here! ' (w/Shoo.. shoo hands). I just shook my head and left. That was very rude etiquette for handling a simple customer takeout interaction. I hoped I 'd found a new sushi place, but I will never return. The sushi (two regular rolls) were small and tasted bland. But most of all, the female attendant made it clear she didn 't appreciate my business."

"We have eaten here many times over the years and I will finally give a review. We started with the coconut shrimps and shells on the half shell. Both were grandiose and the shells were really fresh with some big strong horseradish. Next we had the spicy buffalo Scallop Salat, something I enjoyed here since I had it over 15 years ago. The only knock was that it was slightly dressed over with the Balsamico Dressing. The scallops were perfectly cooked and delicious. For dinner, yes we ordered what we tend here, we had the filled scallops with a lobster Risotto and the Scottish salmon. The salmon was perfectly boiled, moist and crumble with a crispy potato crust. The scallops were perfectly cooked and the risotto was absolutely delicious. Yes, we had leftovers to take home, but we can't help with the order here. There is a reason why we have been cartridges for years, the food is not only fresh but perfectly cooked. The service was great and we had no problems at all. We'll go on."

"My son and I had ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen and it was really good. I asked for the spice level 3 and it was HOT which was what I was looking for. My husband ordered the Kappa Nara House Ramen and my daughter ordered the Tonkostu Ramen they enjoyed it as well. We ordered the kimchi fries and we were not thrilled about it and I’m not going to knock my review over this dish. Additionally, the service was amazing. We did have to wait and they acknowledge and apologize for the wait. Also, really neat to have the bubble tea shop next door."
