"Love Grill 23, have been going there for all nights out for 10 years. Never had a bad meal until Saturday night. Had to send a steak back twice. Order a filet medium, came out red inside, sent back and it came back the same. Management took the steak and had it re cooked a 3rd time. Blamed it on renovations disrupting the kitchen staff which is understandable but by the time I received my steak everyone else was finished with their meal and sides. So sad but hopefully things will return to normal when renovations are completed"

"The food is a tired menu from 1 1/2yrs ago. The same things were not as good, which makes me think they are using a sous chef to do the prep. I was here about 6 months ago and it was better but again the same food. Service was the biggest letdown. Previous service had a way of making the experience. This waitress was simply overmatched, and did not fit a quality dining establishment. What was worse was her annoying voice tone. Unfortunately she was the only service in the restaurant. along with an excellent busser who was here previously. Truly, he should be the server."

"I made a reservation for an early dinner this evening to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday. She had never been to Cafe Central, but she had heard me talk about it several times. We were seated promptly and served our water and tea. We decided on two appetizers: the Grilled Portobello Mushroom and the Grilled Fried Calamari. Both were excellent and the spicy sauce on the calamari was great. For dinner, my daughter ordered the Maple Leaf Duck Breast and I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass. The presentation was spot-on gorgeous on both entrees. The duck was cooked to an absolutely perfect medium rare and the fish was easily among the best I've ever had. We each sampled the other's entree and agreed that both were absolutely delicious. After dinner, the server brought out a wonderful Tres Leches Cake with a Birthday sparkler atop a specially decorated plate. He graciously offered to take a couple of Birthday photos, which I will treasure. The food, service, and ambience all made for a wonderful birthday celebration."

"From the minute we walking in everything was so perfect from the welcome on the hostes to the food quality. The service and the hospitality experience were amazing. The chef delivered the appetizer plater and explained everything with great knowledge. And everything it was tasting great. The Australian wagyu filet it wad so tender seasoned well and a lot of flavors. The side dishes was exceptional the lobster Macand cheese great flavors and last the cheese cake cream brûlée it is so good finishing the dinner. "Had to wait minutes past our reservation time. We asked times if our table was ready, no they were cleaning one. Except we saw several tables cleaned and ready. We ordered a martini with olives, the waiter repeated “blue cheese”. We said no, just olives. He repeated. No blue cheese. We said yes. Just plain. Olives. You guessed it. We got blue cheese. He didn’t offer to get a new martini. Just brought regular olives on a bar napkin. However, the martini tasted like blue cheese. It was possibly the most unprofessional experience I have had at TBones. , it was a special occasion, made not so special by the service there’s more but it is a moot point at this point"

"my excitement to take my wife to eat at bb for months. I heard about it in the wmal radio and couldn't wait. I would read and read their website. the first red flag was when I asked for reservations. the person who answered the phone simply said hello, not answer with the name of the restaurant, so I had to ask to ensure. then I could hardly understand what they said, so I called again when it came closer to the special date. the same thing happened. Thank you, when we arrived, we had reservations, because noone was allowed to feed only when they had stopped. now for a culinary experience. our waiter was new and knew nothing about the bourbons and even told me about the available flights. he also knew nothing about any of the foods because managment and peculiarities do not offer any possibilities for one of the server to try them. obsurd. now to the only positive part of the experience, except the company of my amazing braut of 39 years. eating was amazing. one of the best steaks I've ever had and my wife's cured. the seafood we had with the steak (scallops and lobsters) were also perfectly cooked and were amazing. all that has said, the hard wooden chairs were so uncomfortable and your almost sitting in the round of the people beside you. we had to be lucky to sit next to a Gung-ho-Military guy who thought the F word was manifold. we must have heard it at least 75 times. Thank God it was good to eat. one last thing. eating is too expensive."

"eating was perfect from start to end. that was worth unbelievable for what they give you. we started with tomato and mozzarella, which was delicious and they topped it with fresh basilikum and sun dried tomato. my son got the maple bacon 3 lg discs that were incredible! next curse I got the surf and rasen that were worth the $10 charged. my son has charged the 18oz porter house steak for 10 dollars. both steaks were perfectly cooked and melted in the mouth. I ordered brokkoli w garlic and oil and my sohn got a huge basket of truffle friries. both sides were enough for 3 people. dessert was amazing. we have cheesecake and chocolate cakes that were both delicious. the bread basket was also amazing. can not wait to return because this is an amazing deal (price fix Sun-Wed.) so glad that we decided to go."

"Start at the beautiful bar on the main floor. Although expensive, the drink are creative and accompanied by a trio of delicious snacks. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your dinner reservation to relax and enjoy the experience. Move downstairs for an old school dinner. The staff will be happy to split dishes in the kitchen. The corned beef sandwich and burgers are exceptional. It is a great place for a meal with friends and family."

"Beautiful place, phenomenal food! Huge portions. We did feel very rushed by the waitress. We were still eating as the waitstaff asked to wrap up our food for take home and at the same time handed us a dessert menu. We had to ask them to please slow down and let us finish. "eating was amazing! but our server joseph w. was not warm and friendly at all. very intimidating and not even a smile! he disappeared for a long time, so we ended up with other servers for different things to disturb. joseph made his job, but the mere minimum. he mixed one of the courts I'm sure it's happening all the time, so I'm not upset about it. but he should've notified me that they were out of the special Thanksgiving dessert before I ordered it! when it was time for dessert, I had to choose an alternative because they “suddenly ran out.” the most annoying thing that night, though, was, as the server said, he would not be able to lay us with the bonus “doggy bag” (listed as part of the meal on the website! because “the rest of the staff are reserved”... but strange how the party get next to us! So I asked this nice server on the table next to us the same question I asked our own server and then she actually went out of her to send us home with this little bonus (that my 7-year-old daughter was so worried to receive! I didn't catch the names of this hearty and generous server from the table next to us, but as I wished that the generous tip we had left had gone to her! I would probably recommend odenton location to others, provided that we are simply unhappy with our server. if they are friendly and careful service is important for them then note them joseph w."

"We are in town for New Years and a Chiefs game. Bristol’s was recommended by our Airbnb host and it did not disappoint. We made reservations for 6 top and arrived 15 minutes early and we were seated promptly. Adam was our waiter and was amazing. He is the reason for a solid 5 stars. He made great recommendations for us, kept our drinks filled at all times and cleared our table quickly after we finished with a serving. We started with cauliflower, calamari and oysters for appetizers. All three were very good, but the cauliflower stole the show. It was so good. Secondly, 3 of us had Cesar salads and they were great. The dressing is made fresh daily and it makes all the difference. My husband ordered the bisque and he was nice enough to swap with me halfway through because I loved the bisque when I tried his. For entrees we had a variety of things off the menu. One member of our party had the Tuna and said it was exceptionally good. Another had the filet and crab cake and loved both. He commented on the crab cake being the best he has ever had. Another member had the KC strip and said the flavor was great, but the steak was on the tough side. Another member had the chicken, it was a large serving and was very flavorful and good. The potatoes were a standout on this dish. I had the sea bass and it was okay. I’ve had better, but it was still pretty good. I didn’t finish all of it. It was. Bite rubbery and I probably wouldn’t order it again if I went back. Our last member decided on the lobster Mac and cheese. It was good, but not a stand out. Lastly we had cream brûlée for dessert. We are a bit of hard judges when it comes to crème brûlée and we would give this a 7/10. It needed a bit more toasting on the top. Over all we had a great evening with great friends along with exceptional serves from Adam. We will definitely come back if ever in KC."

"We were so sad to have such a terrible experience with Carmellas. After a reservation two weeks in advance and confirmation that twice once a week and one day of our reservation, we were told that we would not want a reservation and would like to sit at the bar. After we told them no, we would rather not do it since we made a reservation two weeks before. I showed them our confirmation text. They're stuck in a back room at a terrible table! Our server was amazing at the beginning and was very sweet. Our cocktails were amazing and cudos to the bartender! But my steak was completely undercooked and my husband's prime rib was less than half inches thick. After waiting for 20 minutes for our check to be picked up, I went forward to see if he could do processes. He said no. When our server came back, it was short and unfriendly. I'm so sad. That was a bad experience. I love supporting Lincoln restaurants in anyway. However, this experience was less than expected for the price of meals."
