"The night that we went for dinner, we did not think to get reservations. but we went early enough to get seated without any hesitation. The food was really, really good. I had the Chowder which was very filling, and we shared the order of Smoked Salmon Crostini. My husband had the Redfish. My meal was selected from the Happy Hour specials. The restaurant was an exceptionally easy walk from our hotel...it was just warming up a little from a cold, windy, and rainy snap of December's weather."

"Hard to spoil the man who is the master of the grill at home, but for Father’s Day we felt like we struck gold with Chicago Prime. The steaks were decadent and the sides were incredible, but it was the atmosphere of this classy place and the dry, hilarious connection with Josh behind the bar who took care of us that really sealed the deal. It was a rare night out, but they truly made us feel like regulars. Definitely a new family favorite for special occasions."

"It was my fiancée's birthday, and it was our first and last time dining at this restaurant. The steak had a burnt flavor and was quite bland. I requested A1 sauce to enhance the taste. While the inside of the steak was decent, we ordered regular mashed potatoes twice but received garlic mashed potatoes both times. The waitress was kind enough to offer a compensation for the mix-up. I've been to several steakhouses, and so far, Ruth's Chris has been the best! In my opinion, Outback is better than Chicago Prime Steak, but I expected more from this place, especially considering the menu prices."

"Wonderful surprise walking in beautiful setting with grand piano, lovely table setting, and live plants and flowers. Felt like we stepped into a different world and came out in Italy. Lovely indoors, and beautiful outdoor seating in the back. We enjoyed our delicious food al fresco with a fountain in the middle of the large patio, and huge planters with beautiful flowers everywhere. Good service and excellent food topped it off. A wonderful experience. A bit pricey, but excellent, and good sized portions."

"Booked Saturday night for my husbands birthday. Was excited to see Chateau Briand on the menu. Called to find out about dress code and was asked about the special occasion. Assured that husband would be getting a dessert for his birthday. Arrived and it is very nice. However, Table was not fully set. There were only wine glasses on the person table. A couple of our guests were in the restroom but they knew to bring menus however only filled water glasses with room temperature water. Had to flag the server down for the extra water and ask for ice. Service was painfully slow. After getting our drinks and ordering appetizers. We did not see our waiter again to order our main course until he brought the appetizers. Food came out cold. Food was just ok. Everything was under seasoned. What they call potato purée was not smooth as you would expect a purée to be. This was the only hot dish of the night. It was very plain and the thick. No taste of butter or cream. A manager came by and apologized about the cold food and offered to bring out more but at this point we had been there for two hours. He said he would bring a dessert cart by for the table. It never happened. We told our server to bring the check. He didn’t mention anything about my husband’s birthday either. We reminded him that the manger said we could have dessert and he said Oh, I thought you were ready to leave. It took another minutes to bring out our desserts. They were the best part of our meal. We were so ready to get out of there. Bottom line is we will not return. For what we paid there are better choices on the island"

"Chicago Prime Steakhouse is my go-to-place when I want to ensure I am getting a phenomenal steak. They also hit it out of the park with their seafood which was my appetizer. The staff treated me like I was a celebrity. I believe this restaurant will always be on my Five-Star List!"
