"UPDATED 5/8/22: Was originally a 2 star review based on my satisfaction as a customer for this particular occasion (have had other good experiences). I'm still disappointed but the business felt the review was unfair to them since the fish was fresh and they were simply trying out new ideas they saw on YouTube. I've changed it to 5 stars to not negatively impact a local business per their request. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Disappointing experience tonight. Ordered a chirashi don through uber eats and in the past has always been sashimi style slices of fish on the rice. Tonight, I received a small platter of chopped up fish with scrambled eggs as my chirashi. I called just to make sure it wasn't a mistake and they said it's part of a transition to AZN. The gentleman on the phone didnt offer to do anything to help. It'll be the last time I order this again as I can get a much higher quality poke bowl for half the price elsewhere. This is unfortunate, losing another PTC option for consistent decent quality sushi."
