"Today it was my first time trying lee’s famous chicken i went to the register and there was this employee he welcomed me with a good attitude and everything was perfect and i was asking him if i could replace the wings with thighs and legs and and everything was fine , until this lady came up her name was Bam she was so rude she was talking with the cashier and she was cussing him out in front of all the customers just because he didn’t know that he had to charge me extra money because i wanna replace the wings with thighs, im speaking as me as an employee who work at a restaurant , every time we face sth like that with an employee or with anyone we will talk to him while there is nobody out there cs it makes him lose confidence in his own job and thats really bad and that kind of environment Ive seen today at lee’s in Florence , KY that was unacceptable"
