"the first time after adagio, the service was great, the eating was very good. there for seafood and we both had the portobella mushroom dish. had the crabcake appetizer, which was excellent.(definitively genuine crab no fillers) would recommend everyone for a night with great food at a very reasonable price."

"I grew up eating in Don Jose in the late 70s and early 80s. I left in 84' and I haven't been back since. I can play the sitdown cocktail version of Mrs. Pacman in the bar. I was in the area with my mother recently and it was the first place we went to. Sooo good. Just like I remembered. I live now in Nor Cal and the Mexican food is fine, but it's not Don Jose. Do yourself a favor and eat here, you will not be disappointed."
