"The sushi at this restaurant is really good. Although the service was a bit cold at first, we were able to warm up to him as the meal went on. The prices are slightly higher compared to other places we have been to, but the portion sizes of fish in the rolls are much more generous here."

"We are huge fans of Osaka and chose this venue for a special event. Our cook rushed the entire meal, and our food was burned because he was such in a hurry to cut up with other guests (he didn 't do ANY of the fun little show with us. The waitresses and hostess staff were amazing as always!! I am just upset and wish that since I drove 10 hrs, things would have been better."

"Very disappointed. Food was stale. Shrimp was sticking to shell and very mushy which is a tell tail sign of being old. I asked for hot level and barely had any spice or flavor. It was just bad. I may never have seafood boil again until I go to Florida or California cause this has turned me for a while"

"If I could rate any less I would. Customer service is the worst I?ve ever experienced and I am a 63 year old female delivery driver. I went to pick up an order and asked how long it would be because if it would be 5 10 minutes I could go get my otherorder. The one and only man working there literally snapped back at me even tho I tried to explain I wasn?t rushing him justtrying to see if I had time to get my other order. He yelled and said disrespectful things to me A FELLOW COLLEAGUE TRYINGTO DELIVER HIS FOOD and finally told me to cancel the order. I was stunned and said wow I just wanted to know how long youneeded and then he said YEA WOW IM GOING TO BAN YOU FROM THIS RESTAURANT all this IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO WERE JUSTAS APPALLED AS I WAS!! I left and called and reported him to my delivery company and had them block any future orders from thisrestaurant out of my queue. If they cannot hire people who respect Their fellow colleagues and customers they should shuttheir doors. If you believe in kindness and respect please boycot this establishment until they can learn how to provide abetter level of customer service to their customers! What a pathetic display of how to run a business."

"This place is absolutely terrible, they must have paid people to leave good reviews. I ordered 10 wings, fries and a drink, and it only came with 7 wings that were slimy and disgusting not to mention incredibly small. I will never go here again"
