"We had a terrible experience, and are pretty sure we were purposely served non vegan food here. First they forgot our drinks which we had to ask about 30 minutes later. Then they brought the wrong drink order. Our food wasn’t coming an hour later so we asked someone, and the person who took the order had never submitted it. We had to place our order again. We did not have a server assigned to our table and instead everyone seemed to be serving all the tables, but not communicating with one another. After 2 HOURS we received our food. I asked to be sure they had made it vegan just in case. Sure enough they had forgotten to make it vegan and took it back. 10 minutes later they came back with our food which was strange, and it looked like the same food. My lactose intolerant husband got sick immediately after with the symptoms he suffers from when he mistakenly eats dairy. I am pretty sure they just re-served us the non vegan food. "This place has amazing customer service! The guys there were very welcoming and attentive! They were on top of their game and did a great job making me feel welcome. I came here for dinner, and their dinner menu is pretty large. It is organized by type of meat or veggies, etc. The food itself was delicious, decent portion sizes for a decent price. The restaurant is very open and has plenty of seating."

"I (vegan )am biased, I went here on my first date with my man (vegetarian) so it holds a special place in my heart. as such we have remembered several times for special occasions this evening. every employee we met was very well informed about the possibilities and assured us that there was no cross-contamination with milk products/ec. it is not the best vegan Indian food I ever had, but it is very good. and I am not able to talk with the authenticity of Indian food as Canadian East Coast Girl in K city. it was delicious, they were super helpful and the ambiente is the same with the price point."

"Our first stop for food in NY. We were just walking around enjoying the sights and saw someone cleaning the sidewalk in front of their restaurant (which had us look at the menu).Walked in thinking we would pay about 20$ per person. Nah, they offered lunch special at about 12$/plate.Loved the food. I tried 3 meats and they were all delicious. Fair portions.Honestly, best lunch of our trip and it was our first stop. I would say it's almost a bad thing since it set the bar pretty high for food quality and price ratio for the rest of the trip.We're going again for dinner next time we're around for sure."

"This restaurant is incredibly authentic and serves every customer diligently. The staff is fantastic, and the food is delicious. We enjoyed some chicken tikka masala, vindaloo, and naan. "In town celebrating our anniversary stopped in for dinner here it was great! My husband ordered his food spiced hot it was....he was sweating. The medium heat numbed my mouth, so if you aren't a spicy heat fan, order mild. The naan combo basket was awesome."
