"If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered online and received a confirmation email, so I thought everything was fine. After waiting for 45 minutes, I called to check on my order. I was put on hold while they contacted the driver. They finally told me my order was out for delivery and would arrive in about 5 minutes. After waiting another 15 minutes, I called back. The first representative told me that my order had been canceled because I had supposedly called to cancel it earlier. This made me very upset, as I had never requested a cancellation. Then the manager came on the line and gave a flimsy excuse, claiming that my order had never been sent from the online platform to their restaurant in the first place. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs!"
