"I love the pizza here! It's a family owned pizza shop with a very traditional interior. I ordered a medium house special pizza, and it was so good! It was a slightly higher proportion of veggies than meats which I really liked. The crust is also a good balance between super thin New York style crusts and the ones with thicker dough. Everything was freshly made and piping hot when I arrived for pick up! The owner was really welcoming and took the time to introduce his menu as well!"

"Amazing restaurant with a vast variety of options! I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of chicken and veal dishes, as well as the numerous pasta sauces available. Everything we ordered was incredibly fresh, and the portion sizes were generous. The pasta e fagioli soup had a wonderfully thick broth, and the marinara sauce truly tasted homemade and fresh."

"I want to start off with, if you never been to a Bonchon, this location isn’t a bad place to start. I primarily had my experiences with Korean fried chicken in K-Town NYC. Knowing this location saves me from NYC parking and traffic, I opt for this location time and time again. This location has been super consistent and always makes amazing chicken which led me to try the other options on the menu. The bibimbap was generously portioned and had great flavor. The cauldron it came in hardened the rice as it heated it through which made this a crunchy treat. I’ve also had the Korean tacos along with the pork buns. I have to stick with the pork buns because they are probably the most underrated item on the menu but so so good!! If you’re looking for some Korean fried chicken, this is the place to go. Make sure you go hungry!!!"

"I called to complain about how the pizza I ordered was delivered to me and how I had to listen to the delivery driver complained about how the facility I was working at didn't look out as far as tipping. The manager had already left for the night and I was told to take a picture and submit it and contact business the next day. I threw the pizza in the trash and didn't have nothing to eat for my 16 hour shift. I went to the business to report my disappointment and was treated so badly by the manager and he told me the only thing he could do was take 50% off a pizza If i ordered it right then. He also told me that i was to bring back the pizza. I told him I work in a nursing home and didn't think that was the best option to get a return of my money or a replacement considering the covid pandemic. No return, no replacement and I was told not to return or ever order from them again."

"ordered a Stromboli that had raw dough and was unable to eat. I called back to let them know and was told to call back the next day. I called back and surprisingly was speaking to the OWNER, he was EXTREMELY RUDE and hung up in my face 3 different times, didn’t even let me get my words out. If I could give them 0 stars I would but I had to let everyone know how disgusting this place is. "ordered by them to feed my children. today at 5:45 o'clock ordered my pizza at 6:20 o'clock had a disc and realized that this pizza looks all day. the garlic knots are not even garlic knots that they are rolling and they taste like the burnt pizza oven. I called to let them know I wasn't satisfied with the pizza. they asked for the burned pizza back. "i ordered pork shoulder seems like they cut the pork in pieces stir fried it used the special they had in salt the rice was from the day before so was the beans the worst meal i had in the longest time the worst on top of every thing you have to wait 1/2 hour the meal is excellent if you have to throw up if you fell sick come eat here you will throw up so much it will clean your stomach but beware of the salt HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD go to a garbage can and find food before eating here it will taste better trust me KEEP AWAY"
