"Excellent Customer Service!! I went to Moxie's to read and get coffee before a meeting. I ordered and paid for a coffee. They came and told me their coffee machine is broken, so I got a hot tea instead. They asked for my card again, because the tea is cheaper. I said it's fine, no bid deal, don’t worry about it. They said no we'd like your card please. So I said ok... then they credited the coffee- so my tea was free and apologized for the inconvenience. This was my first time here, but with that customer service it won’t be my last! Looking forward to coming back when the weather is warmer and sitting in their outdoor patio."
