"So much for celebrating a 10 year Wedding Anniversary.....upon standing at the hostess station they told us they needed to close (we had a 6:30 reservation). Their reason was they ran out of food. To be fair their was local festival occurring that may have resulted in an influx of patrons, but since I booked on OpenTable the least they could have done was send a comment, cancel my reservation, etc. They did nothing, we drove 45 mins (2 cars), paid for parking (2 cars) and walked in to find out they were closing at 6:30pm. I asked to speak to a manager; end result was they offered us 1 free appetizer card for next time....there will be no next time."

"we arrived very early on Thursday (11 o'clock) . there were no one when we arrived, then only a few patrons in the bar. consider it, there was no amount, service was not as good as we expected. I think the server would have been a bit more attentive. the food was great! that was my first time here. I noticed that the room in the back would hold about 45-50? I want to talk to someone about booking for a big group for lunch in the future."

"We stayed at the Loews Philadelphia for a family wedding. Banks and Bourbon is attached. I cannot lie, when given a choice to have a Philadelphia eating experience, we ventured to Reading Terminal almost daily however on the 4th of July, RT was closed so we headed back to our hotel and Banks Bourbon for breakfast. Oatmeal, Belgian waffle with fruit and omelette for our family were all exceptional as was our waitress Jasmine. You just can't train the kindness, joy, attentiveness and overall wonderful personality that Jasmine shared with us. An unexpected surprise dining experience to end our wonderful trip."

"Tried out Bank Bourbon for its Thanksgiving buffet and bourbon offerings and while there were some highlights, there were definitely some areas for improvement. The interior space was well setup and very nicely decorated, with a cool modern design and we were quickly seated after showing up for our 2pm reservation. While the buffet had a nice variety of options, it was clear that items had been sitting out far too long. For example, the breads we selected were rock hard and the vegetables were becoming tough by the time we showed up. Another major area of improvement was in the desserts, with the pecan pie being outright bad and the other options either uninteresting or not very tasty. With that said, the turkey and roast beef options were great and the shrimp available was delicious. The bourbon selection was also nice overall, however if you're looking for rarer options they weren't on the menu while we were there. A perfectly fine Thanksgiving buffet, however I don't believe we will be coming back."

"when I lived near them, it was my way to mock and honest. I have not found a burrito that is as good as her vegan chicken burrito. the workers knew me all and as soon as I went into them they were like “vegan chicken!” but after the renovation idk man. they have my order messed up all the time! and I drive from Queen to enjoy their delicious food last time, I got 3 vegan burritos, came home and took only one bite to find real flesh there. I didn't want to go back to Brooklyn."

"I was charged $19 for soup and a handful of fries. The soup clearly say $5.50 on the menu for the larger size. I didn’t see a price for an order of fries but figured everything together would be around $12-$13. When I called to ask what happened after my partner came home with the food they told me they charged me about $12 for the soup alone. I questioned why I wasn’t charged what was on the menu and was told that they only serve soup for that price when you eat in the restaurant. This was not specified on the menu whatsoever, nor was it mentioned to me when I called to order. I was begrudgingly told I could return for a $5 refund but I don’t feel like dragging myself out of bed with the stomach bug. I’ve always gone here because it is convenient but after this experience and the multiple times I’ve found hair in my food (at least 3) I will not be returning."

"I pushed into an old friend for a few weeks. Before we both lose track of each other. He and I would go from time to time to diner . . . We meet again in the diner. Owe Kellner was quick to come to owe table. He had a good mood. I didn't get his name. Owe Order came on a way. Everything is clean and clean and is order. All employees are nice. The food is good. Unfortunately, everything went up. With the top it was $45 or something. It's a nice place to eat. You have your own parking lot . . Good weekend!"

"They do charge a dollar for a mask if you don't have one. The front staff seemed really confused on where to pay your bill and some general questions. The online menu was challenging to read and use. The print is super small then if you enlarge it to read it you can only see a small part of the menu. Also the menu button was really close to the order button, so it was easy to push the wrong button. I did like the order button though because you could just push it when you needed something. They brought out a paper menu and it was gigantic and super long it was more like a book you see in a movie on a big book stand. The atmosphere was nice and everyone was friendly and the food was good."

"The inexplicable homey atmosphere adds to the great food and polite service. Portions and quality for the price is just right- you could find more food for your money at any Chinese fast-food joint, but I bet the quality wouldn 't compare. That said, a family of four can get away with a $40-$60 with leftovers and satisfied palates. Tip- Skip the 'House ' rice/mein and go for the unique twists (still listed near the top of the menu), like the egg white fried rice."

"LIEBEEE THIS PLACE! Hands down the BEST CHINESE FOOD and the restaurant inside is LOVE!!! like a REAL restaurant!! Beautiful decor and ambience!! The staff is always so nice and friendly!! Our Go-to Menu Ideas are walnut sauce, black pepper fillet with mushrooms and shrimp with lobster sauce! If my Hunnnies and I want a little use with order a lot toooo much, we also get the Chow Fun as an additional dinner! For apps, I usually get the hot and sour soup, my Hunnnnies gets the egg drop bandton mix and we get the house Shumai, reserve ribs, chickens salad cases And of course Lychee Martinis!! We also have the truffle fillet for a dinner that is also excellent! We always say we will try new things, but love our Go-to articles so much we really don't! I initially planned on grabbing a simple snack of nuts and seeds, but when I walked in, I was greeted by the delightful aroma of fresh, green ingredients.
