"I love this place. it is always fast service and they will definitely enjoy the great food. the garnel sauce is what the bar really sets, because shiki is the only Japanese restaurant that has garnel sauce I actually liked. make sure to ask an extra garnel sauce, since one is sufficient only for one plate. if they are looking for big hibachi or teriyaki shiki is their goal."

"Food is generally alright. Things you can find at a typical Italian restaurant in NYC. Not worth the wait. The service is mediocre and server wasn’t pleasant to deal with."
