"My wife and I recently ordered takeout from The Keg. We were hoping that the food would be just as good as when dining in at the restaurant. Despite living just a 5-minute drive away, our meals were disappointing. My steak was overcooked, the fries were soggy, and the vegetables tasted like they had been reheated in margarine. My wife's Caesar salad was nothing more than Kraft dressing, a few croutons, and a slice of old lemon for $13. The calamari was undercooked and rubbery, and the fried cauliflower was mushy. The $66 meal looked and tasted like something you would find in a hospital. The only positive was the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the front of the restaurant."
