"This was our first visit to Pacino's in over 20 years. Seating was quick, ordering was quick, food came to the table in a timely fashion. The menu is very limited, probably easier to get the tourists in and out quickly. Our waiter was quite old. He was matter of fact, no talking, no smiles, no offer of refills on drinks. I put that we were celebrating birthdays on the reservation but it wasn't recognized. Our son and his family had driven from Titusville to take us to dinner to celebrate my husband and my birthday which are 8 days apart. Two of us ordered chicken parmigiana which was pretty standard Italian fare. It was okay and the pasta was al dente. My husband ordered rigatoni bolognaise which was good. Our grandson, who is five, had a pepperoni pizza and my daughter in law had the veal marsala. The veal was good but the marsala sauce tasted like brown gravy and was very overpowering. My son took half of his meal home and asked for a side of sauce to go and the waiter brought it to him in a glass dish. So it was put on the food in the take out box. All in all we were disappointed mainly because of the service. We will not be returning."
