"Wife and I spent an impromptu date night expecting the Morton experience we have become accustomed to. Unfortunately the service was often distracted and inattentive. Further, After waiting more than 30 minutes to gain our servers attention, our intended to go items were tossed away without our input. Dessert was haphazardly served followed promptly by the bill. Based upon tonights visit we will very likely choose not to visit our local San Jose Morton’s to spend our evening with again."

"My fiancé and I recently dined at Morton's Steakhouse for the first time. We had tickets to the Indianapolis Symphony and decided to enjoy a nice dinner before the show. We visited during Devour Indy, where restaurants in the area offer special discounted menus. Our experience was excellent. The waitstaff was very attentive and provided great suggestions. We both ordered steaks and they were amazing. It's unfortunate to hear that the Morton's in Indianapolis has closed, partly due to the pandemic. However, we both agreed that we would definitely visit another Morton's Steakhouse in a different city if given the opportunity."

"Pricey and overrated. Server was pleasant; but the sommelier brought wrong wine and opened the bottle before checking the order with us. Red wine served warm. Icebucket was requested, but took over minutes to arrive with little ice, and via the server who promptly chose to ice the water bottle and leave the wine bottle on the table! Sommelier should not have delegated, especially as the restaurant was not busy!. Food portions outsized but not special in flavor. A mediumrare ordered steak came overdone with no apology. We were not willing to await a replacement, but one was not offered. A salad from the appetizer menu was gargantuan enough for two as a main course, but not especially tasty. Fish dish was best of the night; competently prepared and generous, but realistic single serving size. Will not plan a return trip. Not eager to spend almost for lessthanexciting food. Morton’s needs to up its game"

"We had a 9pm confirmed reservation, when we arrived the front door manager told us the kitchen had flooded and they were closed. This was clearly a lie as there were patrons standing outside with their “doggie bags” from their dinner. We were on the road all day and looking forward to a lovely meal. "We got to try a LOT of their new specials that were technically débuting the next day. We tried the Dry Aged T bone (delicious! , their new cream of corn with truffle butter, and their mushroom caps with Spinach. For dessert you MUST try their Bananas Foster Bread Pudding it is to die for!! So delicious. We had lump crab cakes (one of the best I've ever had , prosciutto and cheese which my guests seemed to enjoy and lobster cocktail which was rubbery and tasteless. "My mother and I both sang on Morton's Steakhouse in Great Neck on Friday 6/3/22. It took us over 3 weeks and countless last minute plan interruptions, but we finally arrived. We were served by two very friendly and professional servers, Aristella and Joalma, a very nice Salvadorian Gentleman. Both were friendly and attentive to our needs. It was very important for me to treat my mother to a frightening experience, and Aristella and Joalma did exactly that! We ordered both 2 fillet mignon dinners with asparagus and sour potatoes. It was a food paradise and the dessert (cheese cake with berries) was cheerful joy! Thanks Morton's and thank you Aristella and Joalma for helping you make this a wonderful experience for both of us! This deserves a perfect 10, but since 5 is the highest score then we give it a perfect 5!"

"My husband and I were celebrating our 11th anniversary and decided to try out Morton's in Fort Lauderdale (we had previously been to the North Miami location a few times). We began with two dirty martinis and ordered the sea bass with miso sauce, which was excellent. The filet with blue cheese butter and scallops was cooked to perfection. The creamed spinach was also delicious. The service was outstanding and the management was attentive. Overall, our experience was nothing short of 5 stars and we will definitely be returning. "Overall, the food was delicious. I absolutely loved the fries and filet.The service on the other hand, was terrible! We finally sat down at the table and the waitress took a long time to get to us. We got our water and we were waiting for the bread. Soon enough, our appetizer was served but we had not received the bread yet. The main dinner was served after a little while and the waitress had not brought out the bread. We had to ask another waitress for the bread. Our waitress had no attention on us and was mainly focused on another table rather than us. She did not ask us how the dinner was or if we needed anything. When we finished the dinner we asked for a to go box and they gave us the check. We waited another hour for them to give us the card back and they still had not given us the box. So we had to ask one of the other waitresses instead. We barely got water refills, and the waitress did not seem to have any attention in us having dinner. Two stars for the dinner."
