"Brunch on Sunday was amazing. Great way to handle so many people by serving food family style, with so many offerings. All were delicious! But we had food left over on the table and wanted to take a slider or croissant to my son upstairs in the room and were told no it’s not allowed. Ridiculous rule of the restaurant! Halifax would rather throw out all the remaining food on tables than allow us to take what we paid for up to our room ??? Next time I stay at the W I will have brunch elsewhere."

"I love Santa Barbara and getting seafood from there. My mom was looking for a restaurant that served scallops and the closest one with good reviews was this one.Atmosphere: the restaurant is beautiful inside and out. Well designed with a good color balance. The one thing I didn't love was feeling like the servers were right behind me worth them having their conversations. Otherwise it was a good placement (adjacent to the pier and nice looking.Service: The staff seemed nice. We were seated quickly. The server introduced himself initially. It took another server to ask of we needed bread and it felt a little like a shuffle since a different server brought out the food. It took awhile for the server to return to thr table so we sat for awhile after finishing our food before we were able to find him again to box our food and get the check. We had to ask for a bag for our two boxes instead of them offering. I also felt like this was medium price but it would help if the servers helped to put the food into the boxes instead of making the patrons do it themselves. It would make it seem more like a higher end restaurant.Food: (1st I know Fiesta Fest was last week but I found a piece of confetti on my bread plate. It's just not a good look. Also the look of my dish when it got to me was a little messy.The pasta that we had was good but not great. The sauce felt like it needed a bit more of a bold flavor and a bit thicker (it had a bit of a watery pesto taste and didn't taste like it utilized the umami taste that the mushrooms could have given it. The shrimp were great and the pasta was perfect texture. (I always wish that shrimp in pasta dishes didn't require me to work and use my hands to take thr tail off but that's not specifically just this restaurant .Overall, it was a good experience but there were just a few things that kept it from feeling like a great experience."

"For food, we had the salmon burger with fries and the crab cake burger with salad. Both burgers were fantastic! The crab cake was a bit thin, but still enjoyable, especially compared to our other choices, like the cheddar cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. The burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and the fries were cooked to perfection. Everything was freshly made and served hot. The atmosphere was enhanced by good music from a live DJ, and there’s a small outdoor seating area that’s smoker-friendly. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The cocktail selection had something for that all 8 of us loved. The restaurant decor is super cool and eclectic. Seating upstairs was very comfy. Don't let the limited menu fool you as they also have a number of amazing specials. Oh and the desserts! The staff was friendly, fun and the service was impeccable. This was a girls' night but I cannot wait to take my husband there for date night."

"I decided to order from DoorDash to try out this popular restaurant that everyone has been talking about. I got fries, pork sliders, and Brussels sprouts. The fries and Brussels sprouts were delicious! However, the pork slider was disappointing - it was bland, dry, and lacked flavor. I had to add some spices to make it more enjoyable. I may consider going back to try other menu items, but definitely not the pork sliders."

"The food was actually very good. We had the seafood platter the chicken and mushrooms. Both very nice portions And tasty! I suppose a couple could actually share a meal to save some bucks. Tho, The drinks on the menu where extremely pricey. The reason I give four stars is because it was a Saturday night and we where told they didn’t have change to give us back literally $14 dollars. We assume this wasn’t so and the waitress may have wanted the entirety for a tip. I would say management may need to address this. The night was pleasing until that last issue."

"I absolutely love this restaurant! It is extremely cozy and lovely, the staff are fantastic, and the food is absolutely incredible! I recommend trying the Jocon, a delicious chicken stew. "Upon entering the restaurant, the atmosphere can be quite confusing. It appears to be a loud dive bar both from the outside and once inside. The first person you encounter is the bouncer, who directed us to find the bartender to inform them of our reservation. The bar was so crowded that we were unable to get to it. Luckily, a server noticed us looking lost and guided us upstairs to our table. The noise level was excessive, making it difficult for the server to hear our orders, resulting in the wrong dish being brought to me. However, we had a show to attend and did not have time to rectify the mistake. In conclusion, this establishment may not be suitable for booking through Open Table."

"Who says you can't get great crab cakes in a landlocked state!?! This is the only place where I will buy crab cakes. They are consistently fresh and delicious. if you have an opportunity to try their lobster bisque I would highly recommend. They can get very busy around the holidays so plan ahead accordingly."

"Worst first Thursday experience. Was expecting a good time as it was my first time ever going to a bar or first Thursday at my age of 25 it was ridiculous to see how rude the staff was. Accusing the wrong people of having fake ids. I could not believe how rude the female employees who were giving 21+ bracelets were! Not only did they watch a security guard check my id but they asked to see it for themselves and even let others in before me! Excuse me for looking good at my age? They must have been jealous they didn’t look as youthful as me so many years ago when they were many years younger. No need to dampen others fun though. They definitely did. I stayed for about 10 minutes after waiting in line for an hour. It is only 9:30 pm and I already went there and back. It’s so sad to see such rude employees dampening the fun not only for those under 21 but especially those above! These people need not only a lesson in customer service or just plain kindness but also in determining, which IDs are fake, and which are real. Awful night! Didn’t even get a drink I was so furious with the incompetent service. Sorry I still look young at 25 stay mad nasty employees must be sad having to work here and watch others have fun."

"Great food, quick service. Seemed a little understaffed as the wait staff was really running but that's pretty common anymore. They did great just the same and it's a nice family atmosphere in a town without much else for legitimate options.Parking: Parking is kind of free form when it is busy. We ended up just parking in a seemingly open spot in the grass as had a couple other patrons. No one seemed to mind.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly atmosphere. "Came in here to try the delicious looking wings and was very satisfied. I ordered the Bad Hass, Hot Honey Garlic and Honey Mustard. The chicken was nice and crispy cooked to perfection. "A friend, my sons and I went on a Friday evening around 5:15 pm. We were seated at a small table so I told my sons to move to the smaller table behind it. 2 waitresses were headed to our table. It looked as if they were debating about who was going to take our table. Once the waitress came over she asked for drink orders. I proceeded to tell her my drink order and she walks off to get a straw. She comes back to get drink orders and off she went. She immediately came back and said since you all are all together on 1 check you all need to sit together. I said they (my sons) are on a separate check. She looks at me and says they're kids. I looked at her and said AND??? She then said we are expecting a crowd. Y'all need to sit together. The restaurant was literally empty besides us. I looked around and said if this restaurant gets full before we leave they will move. Food and prices good."
