"I placed my order ahead of time (at 1:15pm) so it would be ready by the time I arrived or shortly after. The time of completion was listed between 1:35 and 1:40, but it wasn't actually complete until 1:50pm (despite there being no other customers the entire time I was waiting). That was inconvenient, but it happens and I would've shrugged it off had that been the only problem. But I got home with my food (a poké bowl) and found that they had completely forgotten to add any sauce despite the order calling for two of them.The other Domoishi locations I've ordered from in the past have been ready by the completion time or well before, and as ordered. The employees working at this location (at least on this particular day) really didn't have it together or seem to even be trying."
