"I recently dined at Inchin Bamboo Garden and was thoroughly disappointed with their American Chop Suey. The dish was drenched in an unappetizing tomato sauce that completely overpowered any other flavors. Additionally, the portion size was shockingly small for the price. The hot pot sauce with tofu was equally unsatisfactory, tasting like they had just added boiled water. To make matters worse, the restaurant is quite expensive. Do not be fooled by the photos on Google Maps; I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience."
