"I came into dicola's today with my mother and ordered some shrimp, like we have been for years. There was an older gentleman at the register with silver hair whom rang everything up. After paying my mom grabbed the small bag and went to wait on the food to cook. The gentleman at the register decided to make a comment to her about she needed to let me carry the bag and when she was confused and didn't get what he was saying he just said nevermind and just turned away. My mother is in the early stages of alzheimers, and gets confused really easy. I pay all her bills, cook her food, and take care of her myself. She likes to do small things on her own and I let her, carry small things, I give her cash and let her pay for things. Because it makes her feel better. She gets so easily confused that the guy had to ask me how many bags we wanted the food in because when he asked her she became confused and couldn't understand so I had to explain that we are together and he could just put the food in a single bag. You don't know people or their lives, and i don't know who you think you are dude but I dont need you teaching my mother your opinions on etiquette. Stay in your lane..."
