"I moved here about 12 years ago and Jiang's is the only place I will go for Chinese food. The food is delicious, always fresh and super fast delivery. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, always smiling. I work at a Starbucks nearby and order delivery at least once every two weeks. (Sometimes more) The price is great for the amount as well. Try the Twice cooked pork, you will not be disappointed!"

"My new favorite sushi place in Knox!! This place is an undiscovered gem and way underrated. The sushi is SO good! The rolls are really affordable too! $4-$7/$8 and up! Side salads for $2 and $3.50. Just as yummy as Nama, except I walk out havibg spent $15 onstead of a $40 or $50+ hole in my wallet per person! Not to mention the place is NICE. Lounge couches with throw pillows you can sit and eat, etc. It's never loud or boistrous the times I've been there. So glad I discovered this place!"

"The chicken they use for the orange chicken and general tso is nice breast meat which is great compared to other places with weird chicken consistency. The sauce on it was alright, could definitely use more flavor though. As for their crab Rangoon, I find it disappointing to not see even one small speck of crab/imitation crab in it. Just call it cream cheese Rangoon if it's not going to have crab. I would come back though to try their sushi which is probably their specialization instead of what I got today."

"The young lady who took my order was very rude. After I took my order she didn't provide me with the cup that my order came with. I had to ask for the cup. Then she brought my order to me by tossing it on the table. She didn't hand it to me. Then when I asked for some sauce, she didn't hand it to me. She dropped it into my hand. I wish I could give them a 0. I'm never coming here again."

This place has dishes you can see in every Chinese restaurant BUT the quality and taste are excellent! This is also the first restaurant I saw you get soup as a side. "Excellent Hibachi Essen. It is only to be noted that this place does not make the typical food sitting in front of you. This is a more traditional restaurant with only tables and stands. The food was absolutely amazing. I ate a lot with other Hibachi restaurants. There is a large menu with many non-hibachi or sushi options if you are not in that. A very good place to eat and the staff was super friendly and took care of us while we were there. Do not expect your food to be made before you or you will be disappointed."
