"It's our first time visiting the really cool college town of Cookeville, Tennessee and our first time at Spankies tonight, and I must say that the food was absolutely the best food EVER, and our waitress, Lakeland, was absolutely AWESOME!!!!! She took such great care of us! She's definitely THE BEST!!!!! Sandi had Mushroom, Spinach, and Chicken Manicotti in white wine and Asiago cheese sauce while I had a Chicken Quesadilla platter. I have had many Quesadillas in my life from Mexican restaurants, but none have ever been as perfect as the Quesadillas I had tonight! Our appetizer tonight was Queso and chips, and dessert was Salted Caramel Cheesecake! DELICIOUS!!!!! We just cannot say enough about the food, or the service at Spankies! We highly recommend this AMAZING restaurant, and our waitress, Lakeland!!!!! ~Lee Sandi"
