"I visited this restaurant for lunch on a Saturday. The service was rated a 3 - they were attentive to some customers but seemed too busy for others. It seemed like getting good service depended on having a good relationship with the staff and a bit of luck. The food was given a rating of 4.5 - the sushi was decent and the decoration was nice, but there is room for improvement (some of the rolls fell apart when picked up with chopsticks). The location was rated a 5 as it is within walking distance from public transportation and has a parking lot. The environment was rated a 3.5 - it felt a bit tight, especially when the restaurant was crowded. The value was rated a 3.5 as it was a bit pricey overall. Taking all factors into consideration, the overall rating would be a 3.9."

"Went to dinner with 2 friends based on desire to eat outdoors others reviews. Backyard setting a bit disappointing. Fountain unique a nice plus, bamboo has seen better days. Main negative is very loud ac unit. Overall, ok outdoor dining not quite zen. Shiitake salad very good. Shared sashimi omakase, a California roll a crazy roll. All very good but not over the top like some say. Friend had scallops for entrée enjoyed. Average wait staff-didn't know anything about contents of omakase. Would redo /or recommend but with more modest expectations."

"we're going to sushi. it is the best option in the opposite. I just wish they hadn't started mixing Tempoura crumbs in spicky roll filling, we stopped ordering them since. "The fried tofu with broccoli in brown sauce was delicious. The tofu was a bit tough and over fried but the sauce made up for that in being robust with flavor. There is something about how broccoli absorbs a good sauce that makes broccoli mouth watering. The thai iced tea was not sweet but still hit the spot in being refreshing and cooling."

"I want to give them a higher rating, but if they pay $45 for two Poke bowls and a starter for take-out they would expect a more seamless take-out process. there is a running gear thru line and then within an unorganized set of write down their order number and then sit around while they wait with others to wait until their name is called. there is no one who greets them and they are forced to wait for them to grab the notizblock to get their attention and check for their order and I, while I try to be attentive to how restaurants have been hit hard with personal problems since the pandemic began, it will be difficult to look at this place again, unless they offer a better customer service."

"I?m giving five stars for the service, the food, and the cocktails. We each got Chinese combo dishes, and everything tasted quite delicious. The sesame chicken was the best I?ve had since our favorite place closed in Bellingham over 20 years ago (andthe next best thing in Upton started raising prices and lowering quality). Spring rolls also made a very good impression. My MaiTai and my son?s martini were on point, rounding out the consumables. The host/bartender/sushi roller was on his game, keepingeverything humming along without breaking stride. His colleague, the hostess/waitress/phone answerer was so nice, managing tosmile through the noise and endless food and drink orders. Now a word of warning: If you cannot block out loud, drunk townieswho just can?t get enough of their Keno and beer, bring earplugs! We were there on a Sunday around maybe 6 pm and the crowd wasat full volume. I?ve seldom seen such a lack of self-awareness (never mind self control) concentrated in one place! We ate andescaped before the regulars downed their last drinks, staggered out to their cars and weaved their way home. Brutal?"

"Stopped by for lunch after after a fun round of golf. We were seated promptly which was expected as they just opened 30 minutes before. Service was a bit slow even though not crowded. The food quality was good. All fish was fresh and flavorful. They have your standards and some rolls that were attempts to be more creative. The spider roll and the Alaska definite recommends. The chicken teriyaki roll that missed the mark. Need to fire grill the chicken and and a bit more teriyaki sauce. The cucumber salad was ok, the poke salad left me unsatisfied. Overall a good place and value for all you can eat."
